bottle at mexican restaurant. Very pale yellow with fizzy white head, very, very watery, as much as american light beers. No stale flavors, just water. Not the best south american selection.

Poured from bottle. Faint hop aroma. Pale gold, white head. I taste lager hope, corn, sugar. OK feel. Not something I’d look for, but not as horrible as I thought it would be.
1.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 Hopper (813) - San Antonio, Texas, USA - MAR 5, 2010
A very clear pale yellow beer with a decent head that dissipates-looks like colored water. The aroma is skunky & corn. The taste was like bad vegetables. Some pale lagers don’t taste like much & aren’t bad but this one is just terrible. It actually left good lacing.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 ronaldtheriot (784) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - JUL 18, 2012
Suprema has a thin-to-medium, white head and a clear, bubbly, yellow-golden appearance, with considerable, stratified lacing left down the glass. The aroma is sweet, lemony, and one gets a bit of malt and stinging hops as well. The flavor is rich, lemony, malty, slightly hoppy, and it even has an odd, cream ale olive oil aspect to it. The mouthfeel is light to medium, and Suprema finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, and supremely drinkable. This made for a very nice 6 am breakfast beer. Overall, I loved it! RJT

Clear golden. Quickly dying head. Skunky nose with a bit of malt. Very watery texture. A tad bit of malt upfront and this falls apart, minor bitterness and acidity in finish. A waste of water.
1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 Gypsy19 (728) - California, USA - FEB 19, 2009
This is basically Arriba’s big brother. Though considering Arriba’s utter lethargy and cheapness, that’s not saying much, understand. This has a decent lager flavor, but that might be due wholly to the fact that it exceeds 5% alcohol. Ultimately, this is a watery lager for the masses, and has no value in terms of beer connoisseurship. Overall, fair minus.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 MrBeerFanatic (722) - Buffalo, New York, USA - APR 27, 2013
Pours a light straw color with medium carbonation and boozy head. Aromas of hay, slight sour apple/grain, and just a faint hint of toffee. Flavors of light sweet grain, light hay, and almost a hint towards dry hops. Lightly dry, lightly bitter, and leaves just a trace of grain sweetness.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 rangerred (662) - Johnson City, Tennessee, USA - JAN 15, 2012
11.2oz bottle poured into a pint glass.
Appearance is a clear light yellow with the tiniest of fizzy heads. Head is quick to fade but ok lacing.
Smell grainy with corn and cooked cabbage. Not very appealing.
Flavor is corn and the same cooked cabbage that was in the smell. Also some grape flavor. The beer is pretty sweet throughout with a tannic bitterness towards the finish.
Glad I got to try a beer from El Salvador but not something I would pick up again.
1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 bridge (659) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - OCT 13, 2007
The best thing I can say about this beer is that it didn’t smell as bad as it tasted. Maybe that’s because it wasn’t too long out of the fridge, or maybe because the brewers knew a good trick that would get people to actually drink it. On tasting there is plenty of corn, and the alcohol seems magnified. Tastes sweet, but not as sweet as its syrupy texture would have you think. Whilst not the worst beer out there, the world would still be a better place without it.
