Bottled (as La Botteresse Blonde), thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy pale orange small head. Yeasty orangey nose. Orvallish perfumy funkiness and rich amounts of hay-like sweaty hops. Medium bodied with spritzy mouthfeel and long bitter spicy finish. Quite brilliant!

Hazy gold beer. Short lived white head. Dry palate, a little crisp. Tart fruit, some lemon and orange. A little floralness. However chalky dry malt dominates and brings a little banana. Finishes bone dry. Waaaaay too dry. I like my drinks wet! If I wanted dry I would like a dog bone for crissakes!

Bottle at Vaudree 5. Clear golden, big white head, scant lacing. Aroma of apples and apricot. Flavor is slightly sour, lots of fruits and malt, bitter edge. Lots of character.

Muddy golden color; frothy head. The aroma is biting and spicy, with an herbal touch, interesting enough. The mouthfeel is dry, with some malt flavor, strong spicy character; with a bitterness typical of Belgian Ales, almost astringent (probably also because the yeast still in the bottle is too much).
