COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A continuation of our Wahine, Polynesian Princess, line of Wheat beers, our Lemon version teamed us up with Ventura Limoncello, to produce this wonderfully refreshing American Wheat. Local lemon peels were used at the end of the boil to give this beer a refreshing slight lemon flavor and aroma. This light beer pairs well with ceviche or other light seafood. 12°P 4.5 SRM

Tap. Pours clear amber, small white head, minimal lacing. Faint aroma of wheat, lemon. Flavor is the same, light sweet, no bitterness. Medium body.

Pours a slightly hazed golden-orange color with a white head. The nose is intensely herbal, almost a menthol note. Quite a bit of citrus peel, some bread, and lots of coriander. The flavor is mildly sweet and quite herbal. Somewhat medicinal, actually. A bit of bread, citrus peel, and a strong coriander spiciness.
