COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mondo’s Cream Ale is a refreshing lighter bodied ale, showing hints of fruit and balanced hopping. Much like its namesake, Mondo’s is a great beer when you are looking for something on the mellow side

Bomber from Total Wine in Huntington Beach, CA. Labeled Mondo’s Blonde Ale (at 5.0%). Pours very light gold with a white head. Smells like a kolsch. Tastes much like a kolsch. Finishes very lightly citrus bitter.

Pours a yellow color with little to no aroma, taste is simple, not as creamy as I hoped. Easy drinking and simple, some notes of sugar but overall just a simple clean beer.

650ml bottle [as "Mondo’s Blonde Ale", 5,0% abv]. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Hoppy aroma with a mixture of citrusy lemon notes, some apricot, and flat, grassy bitter notes comparable to a low-average German Pilsener, pale malty, minimally grainy background. Taste is minimally bitter and fruity hoppy, hints of lemon, some sweetness form a malty ’pastry’ basis (exactly "Puddingteilchen"), i.e. doughy, with sugar powder icing, custard, additionally cautious fruity hints of apricot, mirabelle, peach.

Hazy gold beer, apricot tinged. Tiny white head. Palate is crisp and dry. Light milky malt, trace of cream. Super light citrus. Dry finish. Struggling to find much to say about this other than - fine!

22oz bottle from Bytemesis, this is a bubbly very bubbly beer, with a slight sweet smell.. though I do find some corny sweetness in it as opposed to what others have said.. its not a bad thing its mellow enough... nice and light, easy to drink

Pale gold with a thick white head. Sweet grainy aroma with some yeast and citrus notes. Flavors of yeasty bread. Clean and dry with a mildly bitter finish. Very good for a cream ale, though I could not pick out adjunct grain characteristics.
