COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mondo’s Cream Ale is a refreshing lighter bodied ale, showing hints of fruit and balanced hopping. Much like its namesake, Mondo’s is a great beer when you are looking for something on the mellow side

Hazy gold beer, apricot tinged. Tiny white head. Palate is crisp and dry. Light milky malt, trace of cream. Super light citrus. Dry finish. Struggling to find much to say about this other than - fine!

22oz bottle. Rating #17. Yellowish/gold pour with a fluffy white head. Light toasted malt aroma, a little corn. Mild bitterness with some light bread, not bad. (2868)

22oz bottle from Bytemesis, this is a bubbly very bubbly beer, with a slight sweet smell.. though I do find some corny sweetness in it as opposed to what others have said.. its not a bad thing its mellow enough... nice and light, easy to drink

Pale gold with a thick white head. Sweet grainy aroma with some yeast and citrus notes. Flavors of yeasty bread. Clean and dry with a mildly bitter finish. Very good for a cream ale, though I could not pick out adjunct grain characteristics.

Tap. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head, minimal lacing. Aroma is grain. Taste is light sweet, honey, light sweet, light zesty bitter. Light body. Boring as hell.

Bottle from KegNBottle (NC): Clear golden liquid with a soft thin foam head. Aroma is faint with minor scent of malt and soap. The flavor is bland but of course that is expected from cream ale but a chance of sweetness does come through. Okay cream ale style and is better than some other cream ales but I don’t know why they decided to bottle this particular recipe and distribute it.

Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Somewhat grassy but also rather grainy. A mild sweetness, some apple esters, and a primarily floral hop character. The flavor is surprisingly bitter. A moderate grain sweetness, apple and pear esters, and a bit of bread. Somewhat strong hop profile of grass and some light floral notes.

Yellow pour with a white head. Aroma is crisp with some light malt and toasted grain. No nasty corn here! Flavor is nice and smooth...great for a hot day! Very good for the style.
