Can from Mikkeller & Friends. Hazy brown body with a medium offwhite head. Lots of coffee with some smokiness in it. Sweet caramel malt. It's almost like a great iced coffee. Delicious.

Dark copper colorr, small steady brownish head. Loads of rosted coffee, espesso in the nose. Medium-bodied. Lots of coffee, but in very drinkable form. Backing maltyness. Interesting.

15-NOV-2013, can @home, from Mikkeller & Friends.
Murky brown with lasting tan head.
Aroma is huge coffee and hops.
Taste is cold coffee, grape fruit and pine. A bit messy but quite tasty. Fruity, though a bit tired hops.
Creamy, soft carbonation. Fine brown ale.

Can shared at Craft Clerko, big thanks to Ryan who wasn’t there in person, 25/10/13.
Lightly hazed chestnut brown with a good sized beige head.
Nose is coffee cake icing, light roast malts, espresso, tirimasu.
Taste dampens a little compared to the nose, coffee, dark malts, coffee and walnut cake mix.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation with coffee notes in the finale.
Decent for style, the coffee kick went a little downhill form the nose though.

Can split at craft beer co clerkenwell. Big thanks to Ryan. Big fresh brewed coffee aroma. Dry and bitter with a touch of creme caramel. Pour is dark caramel with red notes, with a thin cream head. Flavour is big coffee, roast, woody touch. Crisp carbonation and medium body, I’m not a huge fan of coffee, but this a pretty nice stuff.

Can ofSurly’s Coffee Bender shared at the first Kinki Beer Tasting. This is a beer that doesn’t taste like beer. It is sublime coffee goodness but balanced. It pours a slightly cloudy brown with a roast coffee aroma & a medium body. The flavor is not that roasty, it’s coffee beans a bit bitter but balanced. I’m not a coffee drinker but I thought it was quite good. Better than the regular Beer Geek Breakfast but just a step below the Beer Geek Brunch Weasel.

Got this one from my buddy Drew. Unfortunately, there had to have been some CO2 leak, so no head, dark brown. Aroma of creamed chilled coffee, roasted, hint of chocolate. Small hops. Mildly sweet up front and mildly bitter throughout the rest. Medium bodied. Smal carbonation which I suspect is an error. Medium carbonated finish. This actually has a delicious flavor. I would love to have this again.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can thanks to Ryan. It pours clear deep amber-brown with a thick beige head. The nose is strong instant coffee, toast, grinds and earth. The taste is toasty, earth, instant coffee, light caramel, brown bread and grain with a bitter, toasty finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A bit of a let down.. fairly one dimensionable, but drinkable enough.

Can shared at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thank you RobertDale for this trade! Murky brown, tan head. Black pepper, coffee and vanilla aroma, coffee sourness but really delicate. Medium-to-full body, delicate coffee finish. Tasty and fun.
