Draught @ CBC. Pours golden with a white head, leaving nice lacings. Aroma of malt, yeast, sweet fruity hops, apricot, brett, citrus. Flavor is malt, yeasty, sweet fruit, apricot, flowers, little citrus. Thin body, lively carbonation, dry finish. 040513

Can at Ike’s - MSP. Pours mostly clear gold to orange with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is fruity esters of apricot, peach, apple, and pear esters with pepper notes, spicy wheat malt, and faint earthy hops. Flavor is very fruity with spicy wheat malt, spices, and light hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Sample @ CBC. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, spices, yeast, malt and hops.

Pours a straw like color with medium white head. Notes of floral and fruits with the same flavors to follow along with a touch of honey sweetness.

Sample @ Cbc. Pours clear golden with a white head. Berry tartness and vanilla sweetness in aroma. Tastes like a traditional saison. Its crisp and quite dry. The sourness seems somewhat missplaced.
