Pours a hazy golden, slight orange. Fizzy as hell. Nice floral, Belgian nose with some delicious spicy finish. Great saison, can’t believe this was from a can.

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours clear pale golden with a creamy white head that leaves lots of trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sweet, fruity and slightly phenolic with crackers, plums, grapes, coriander and apricots. Taste is sweet, tiny bitter, fruity and tiny phenolic with crackers, grapes, plums, apricots, mango, white pepper corns, dry soil and notes of sheet metal. Mouthfeel is slightly round, tiny dry and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and slightly bitter with crackers, apricots, lemon balm, grapes, white pepper corns and plums.

Can @ Ungstrup’s. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and flowers with notes of citrus. Sweetish, malty taste with notes of hops and grain. Rough aftertaste and sweetish after-nose. Quite nice.

Canned. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dese off white head. Aroma: Sweetness, yeast, fruits, oats. Flaovur: yeast, sweetness, fruits, spice, honey, flowers and peach. Medium to full bodied. Ends spiced and light bitter.
