On tap in Minneapolis. Fresh breast aroma with some spice notes. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Kind of smooth for a saison. Tastey spiced biscuit notes and some honey sweetness. Light to medium body. I prefer a more rustic saison but this one is good.

Tasted from a 16oz can. It poured a light, hazy, amber with a quickly disapating white head and minimal lacing. A spiced fruit aroma and taste.

Had it out of the can poured a nice medium head that dissipated quickly, has a hazy shade of orange color. Very smooth light hoppy tasting beer heavy on the yeast can definitely feel the Blackpepper lovely.

Sample @ GABF 13. Pours a clear golden beer with a thin white head on top. Aroma is faint floral, citrussy and has light grassy touches as well. Flavour is light funky, sour with sweet touches. Medium short finish, light sour again.

16oz can shared by JohnGonk. Pours a hazy copper color with a finger of white foamy head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and light spices, bready malts, and citrus. Taste of banana, citrus, Belgian yeast, pepper, cloves, and honey.

Golden color with a finger of white head. Smells yeasty, banana, vanilla, clove. A lightly spicy with the clove type flavors, maybe coriander, banana, yeast, some other sweet flavors, honey. A little of the horse blanket type vibe. Pretty good overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2013 Can: thanks, maximum12! Semi translucent amber-ish at the too, yellow at the bottom with a chunky, fast fading eggshell cap. Aroma is lots of yeast, almost even a little Brett-like, with some musty, funky pineapple and peach notes. Coriander, mint, and a good amount of honey sweetness from middle to end. Very nice sweet, somewhat funky, yeast filled aroma. Zesty. Taste is pretty refreshing and bright. Zesty fruits; some mild apricot, peach, pineapple, and oranges with heavy yeast, bread, and light bubblegum notes. Some mint, coriander, orange zest, and dry funky must in the finish. A little sweet honey, too. Creamy mouth feel with sharp carbonation, interesting combo. Very nice stuff.

Crystal clear, golden with a frothy, white head. The aroma is a little herbal and spicy with notes of pepper. It has a light, slightly thin body with average carbonation. The taste is subtle and mildly sweet with a clean finish.

Served from tap, with golden hue, nice off-white head, but with very little lacing. Sweet, Bready aroma, with no noticeable presence of hops. Very sweet taste, almost resembling a fresh baked loaf of honey wheat bread. Nicely carbonated, with a lingering flavor left on the palate. Overall very good for being my first saison.
