Draught at CBC 2013. Clear pale golden beer with a nice white head. Perfume aroma, biscuits, citrus, hay, floral, grapefruit, some raisins. Perfume flavor, sourish, spicy, citrus, hay, grassy, some floral notes.

Pours clear golden color with a small head. Aroma of apricot, citrus fruits, mild hops and wheat. Flavor of wheat, grass, hops and apricot. Nice refreshing brew.

Pours clear golden with medium white head. Aroma of wheat, grass, hay, earth, coriander. Taste is very balanced sweet with distinct wheat and belgian yeast. Body is light and refreshing with moderate carbonation.

Pours clear yellow with a smooth white head. Aroma of farmhouse, yeast, spices and tart fruits. Taste is fruity, sweetish and yeasty with some farmhouse notes. Finish is fruity and yeasty. Okay, quite sweet saison.

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours a golden colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of caramel, clove and wheat. Flavour of caramel malts, wheat, citrus and some barnyard. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and smooth carbonation. Finishes bitter and floral. Good.

Pours a nice clear light goldon color with a white fizzy head that lasts a decent while. Aroma is nice of sweet malt, esters, hoppy and flowers. Flavor is a little bitter with citrus and floral notes. There is a minimal finish but it is a little bitter. Mouthfeel is above average full and carbonation is average. Overall this is a decent beer.

Clear amber pour with a nice white head, lots of white lacing here. Nose is malty with just a hint of Belgian spice. Nice mouthfeel with floral notes and some black pepper for sure. Crisp and refreshing with just a hint of hop bitterness on the finish.

Smells spicy and floral. Tastes like clove and has the spicy belgian note. Some sort of fruit flavor as well. Spicy finish.

The flavors just come together so well, and each mouthful comes through a bit differently. It’s my kind of ale, a bit on the malty side with just that hint of hoppy bitterness, and easy to drink.
