Fizzy yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is mostly Belgian yeast, with some light hops and decent grain notes. Smooth texture with light grains, yeast, and a good amount of fruity flavors on the finish. Some spice comes through as well.Very tasty.

16 oz can dated 12/27/13 poured into a Spiegelau tulip. Hazy apricot yellow with a bit over two fingers of off-white head. Aromas of citrus fruit and rind, funk, herbs, clove, light spice. Tastes of herbs, light spices, citrus fruit and rind, funk, light peppery notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation. Have had this before fresher and it’s aged pretty well.

Des malt mielleux et croustillants servent de base pour l’émanicpation d’une levure belge assumée. L’amertume est vaporeuse et les sucres libres de faire ce qu’ils veulent.

Pours golden orange with a white head. Aroma is rather sweet. I get sweet pear, kiwi, weak banana, bubble gum, wheat and straw. Quite floral as well. Taste is sweet and mouthfeel is medium dry. Notes of straw, wheat, ripe fruits, some hops and some weak tropical notes. Also a bit peppery and overall floral.

This is a delicious saison style pale ale. Beautiful crystal clear golden color with rich foamy head. Smooth with plenty of character from the pepper and malt.

On tap at Haand Festival -14. A lighlty hazy golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma is piney and grassy, lighlty yeast-spiced and peppery. The pale malts are almost undetectable. It’s full-bodied and dryish on the palate, with a nice carbonation level and bitterness. Peppery flavor with pine cones and grass. Bitter, fruity finish. Overall, a tasteful and quenching beer I could easily have a few of. And it’s not as sweet as many American saisons are, that’s good. 140523
