Can. Brilliant gold with a coarse white head. Bold spicy yeast aroma with a hint of fruit and old books found in the basement. Citrusy sweet flavor that fades to a dry peppery spiciness with some coriander and then a little sweetness comes back at the end. Seems as if it should be so drinkable and yet I don’t find that to be true. Oh well, a beer can be well made and still not be for everyone.

Poured from the tall boy can, an orangy looking cloudy glass of beer. Before I looked at the commercial description on here I thought it tasted very European. If there was such a thing as rate beer in the 90’s when I was in Europe I’d have hundreds more ratings, now I just don’t remember them all. This beer would have been something enjoyed perhaps on a park bench, admiring girls walking by with arm pit hair, smelling of strong perfume, talking broken english, and I loved every minute of it. Thanks for the memories.

Pours gold with a large puffy white head. Aromas of cloves and pepper. Taste is semi dry and lightly bitter. Flavors of spices, Belgian yeast esters, some honey. Meh. Pretty standard middle of the road saison. Wouldn’t drink again.

Can. Golden orange hazy with head and lace. OVerripe orange and some peppery pine needle aroma. Apricot orange marmalade peach honey swetness that lingers with mild spicy pepper orange bitterness. Medium body. Very very meh.

Pours a beautiful straw/ gold with a faint white head. Nose is white pepper and dry lemon zest. Mouthfeel is pretty creamy and soft. Belgian yeast is pretty evident. More peppery notes, peach, bit of banana from the yeast, a little crackery malt. Tiny bit of grassy hops. Finishes pretty dry. Not usually a saison fan but this one is drinkable.

Pours very slightly hazy gold. Aroma is very peppery with some citrus. Pretty light body, its pretty easy to drink. Lots of peppery spice. Some banana and clove Belgian yeast style. All balanced with a little crisp citrus on the hop side. I really like this stuff alot.

Super delicious farmy funk with a slight breadyness to the smell. Looks like a cream soda. Super smooth light golden funk. Finishes nice and dry.

On tap at drinking bird. Pours dark blond. Flavor is light mouthfeel but rich and somewhat yeasty malt. Good but lacking a bit in the spice department.

Gold, heady somewhat bubbly, yeast bits otherwise clear. Peachy lemon pepper aroma, kind of woody like. Tastes same, pretty much as described on header. Floral, soapy pepper clove peach lemon.honey/ honey butter. Style is not my thing but good for style.

Nearly clear mahogany pour with a two to three finger chunky tan head. Aroma is very fruity and peppery with a little doughy yeast. Flavor is spicy yeast, fruity esters, mixed berry, stone fruit, citrus, toast, rye-like spicy grain and doughy yeast. Light body, dry feel, medium carbonation. Really tasty stuff, the malt notes seem odd and the fruity notes, maybe a bit over the top, but it works great.
