From can. Pours brown/amber with little head and lots of lacing. Nose is early hops and some toffee. Aromas of earthy hops, some toffee, some breakfast tea. Tastes light/medium sweet and medium/heavy bitter. Medium body with lively carbonation. A beauty!

Can. Light hazelnut brown with a medium sized creamy off white head. Good retention and lacing. Bread, caramel, toffee, pine, floral. Pretty malt driven with some late bitterness. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Medium/full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. The bitterness is kept in place by a big hug from a soft, fat malt body.

A very hoppy IPA with a big, 99 IBU front---and do also a bitter bite at the back of the mouth. A really solid American IPA. That it comes in a craft can is an added bonus. Hope to see this move around the country. (Hint distributors.)

Can from Mikkeller & Friends. Deep amber pour with lasting white head. Loads of thick pine resin and harsh grapefruit and orange in the aroma. Sweetish caramel too. Instant hardcore bitterness featuring pine, citrus, grapefruit and orange - hop oils coat the mouth completely. Some caramel and woody notes - fairly thick malt backbone. Medium mouthfeel. Lingering pine resin. Packed full of flavour - much more so than many of the high ABV 'hop monsters' I've had. Trip to Minneapolis anyone?

Smell of sweet Carmel. Amber in color. Taste is good but Abrasive is a lot better. This is more resiny and piney. Similar to abrasive minus the grapefruits. Overall its good but just not nearly as good as a can of fresh Abrasive.

(can) amber with white head. Aroma is PINE with some hints of tropical fruits. Flavor is dominated by resiny pine but some tropical fruits and a solid malt backbone for balance (but not quite enough malt for my tastes).

Dark IPA. Very unique. Great complex palate. Almost like a stronge ale IPA combo. Very good.

On tap at Bulldog NE in Minneapolis. A nice amber color. Complex malty-herbal aromas. Flavor is stellar. Well balanced with just enough sweetness to cover the intense hop bouquet. Excellent!

Frisk fruktig lukt med preg av malt, masse humle, tørka frukt, barnåler, lauv, høy, karamell, gras. Frisk lett konsentrert smak med preg av malt, masse humle, barnåler, bark, gras, våte blad, høy, litt våt papp. God bitterhet som set godt. Grei.
