4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Damn you surly, why do you put you stuff in a can. I wish i could mistake this for a macro swill and chug it for the price of those. Cracked the can, and an abundance of hops jumped straight out at me. About perfect temp at 56 degrees in my basement. Nice full head with a great aroma. Wonderful balance to it, the malt balances the hops, but they still make their way straight to the forefront of the flavor. I was worried for a second after reading the can it would have to much malt like some IPAís tend to have. Very drinkable at 6.2%, youll never know it. Since the hops arenít crazy high, you can drink without taking a breather from an insane amount like Two Hearted (which i love), but makes this a great beer in its own right. Permanent want list.

Enjoyed courtesy of BK... Slightly past it's prime in freshness, color was reddish orange... Aroma of caramel malts, light citrus hops... Flavor is malt forward, caramel and toffee with notes of citrus hops on the palate... Dries out a bit on the finish but overall pretty malty and sweet... Tropical notes, solid ipa
