Pours a clear light caramel color with a minimal off white head and lacing. Aroma has some sweetness with clove and caramel. Taste has done sweetness also with clove and light banana. Can taste the oats and wheat.

Bottle. Dark copper with a frothy off white head. Aroma is slightly funky and yeasty with dark fruit notes. Taste is incredibly boozy but has nice dark fruit and a little clove and citrus. Palate is full with a sharp boozy bite at the end.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy off white head. The aroma is toasted malt, clove, and dark fruits. Medium mouth, fruity malt, banana, spice, light dry finish, good.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, hazy golden pour with fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, cracker, white fruit into sweet white grape, hints of yeasty, doughy notes with a hint of peppery, slight grassy notes. Taste was a mix of grass, pepper, spice into a bit of earth, some sweet cracker, bread, biscuity notes with a hint of white fruit, finishing spicy, sweet, slight booze.

Un col de mousse sur une robe orange brûlée. Des arômes de caramel fruité, de toffee, de sucre candi, d’épices, d’alcool et de médicaments. Des saveurs très douces, fruitées, artificielles et rendues amères par l’alcool. Un corps assez épais mais bien aéré. Une finale chaude et plutôt douce. Rien vraiment pour me plaire ici.

Bottle... Pours lightly hazed and Longhorn-orange with a small, creamy, white head. It’s mostly gone in a flash, but not entirely. The aroma offers toffee, pear and a whisper of clove. No banana ester here. Full-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and busy carbonation. The flavor features sweet toffee and crusty bitterness. Boozy and mildly phenolic. Chest-warming finish. This is one of the better American-brewed Belgian-style beers I’ve tried in a good while. My score indicates that even the best-brewed attempts still make me wish Americans would stop trying to brew dubbels, quads and trippels like Belgians.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty caramel finish.

Pours deep yellow to amber with a medium off white head. Smell makes me think this will be a cloying thick mouthed beer but the taste is lighter with lemony citrus with begian clove yeast and some alchohol.
