Bottle pour. Tons of alcohol flavor and power here. May be the first time Ive said this, but this particular beer could benefit from turning down the ABVs. Respectable beer though.

Minnesota Winterfest 2013. Gold color with a medium head. Very boozy aroma with strong medicinal hops. Quite a slick mouthfeel. Strong sugar. Very lightly tart. A bit of wood character

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2014 Tap at Winterfest 2013. Very bold booziness, with some wood and spice. Decent brew, but I was hoping for a little more out of this.

A sipper. Orange pour, massive head. Tangerine, booze, sugar in aroma. Sweet up front, tangerine, overripe peach, alcohol, grapefruit, honey. Medium body, nice carbonation. A fair bit of heat from the alcohol. if youre thinking of aging this, probably a wide move. As in your face as Poochy.

Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate citrus (mostly orange), light caramel, toffee, grapefruit, and wood. It pours a hazy golden-orange with a small white head. The flavor starts with caramel, toffee, and oranges. The finish has light lemon, grapefruit, vanilla, and oak. Its medium bodied with mild carbonation and a somewhat sticky mouthfeel.

Old rating. [Bottle, shared by Guerde] Pours amber with almost no head. Aroma has a huge lemon poppyseed character which bursts out of the glass. The taste is an absolute booze bomb. Industrial cleaner and the weird lemon is there again. Wow, Im glad to have tried this, but it is an absolute trainwreck. Drainpour. Definitely appreciate you sharing the bottle though, Andy!

Big bubbly head and lacey. Hoppy, fruity with tart fruit skins. Orange, sugar, tangerine. Very strong melange, a sour finish. A big beer. A kitchen sink of a beer that can be sipped only. Thanks Johnsense.

Clear light reddish amber. Aroma of fruits. Impressive flavours of grapes and tangerines. Alcohol 15% noticeable but not overpowering.

Waxed bottle. Poured a hazy orangish/amber color with an off white head. Woody, caramel, vanilla, dark fruits, boozy, and fruity. Yeah the booze was there, but it is 15% and I did not find it overly boozy (does that mean I have a problem?).

Bottle shared by b3shine. Poured a clear golden color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting and had good lacing. Good malt, wood and alcohol aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy smooth sweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Solid brew.
