Aroma of wood, oranges, caramel, honey, not picking up the booze that is about to slam me. Taste is almost straight booze, sweet under the heat, some wood spice, caramel, and citrus. It’s just dominated by booze. I can’t even tell if this would be any good if the abv was less. I’m not even sure this will age well as the booze is just too heavy and the other flavors, already light as is, will fade too. Time will tell though, but at this point I couldn’t finish the glass.

Draught @ CBC 2013: Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light beige head. Aroma: tropical fruits, sweetness, caramel, flowers. Flavour: Ripe fruits, caramel, herbs, flowers, sweetness and spice. Medium bodied. Ends fruity and sweet with a touch of alcohol.

Draft. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, perfume, alcohol, caramel, and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, wood, caramel, and malt.

Woodshed 2.0. Bottle share courtesy of cbkschubert. It pours with a clear deep gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma is full of sweet fruity esters like pears and apples covered with honey. Rather sweet and estery smelling and not much else. The taste is pretty rich but duplicates what is being picked up by the nose. I get a sweet mix of pears and apples and some sugary sweetness that leans toward honey. Toward the finish a bit of fruit tartness is noticed at the edge of the flavor experience.

Powerful aromas of fresh mango, tropical fruits.
Flavor is average sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and a hint of alcohol burns at the end.

[5/4/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Clear deep golden. Alcoholic aroma with malt and honey. Sweet malty flavor full of alcohol, some honey and fruits. Oily mouthfeel.

Fat på CBC 2013. Stor maffig humlearom. Men smaken känns väldigt obalanserad. Söt, syrlig, alkohol och märkligt nog lite tunn kropp för att bära all humle och alkohol.
