Cask Pint at Edward Rayne (JDW), Raynes Park, London in Feb 2014 - Amber Gold in colour. Good white head. Long lasting lacing. Very Fruity; orange citrus, grapefruit, some peel. Very Hoppy; piney and grassy hops. Malty backbone; caramel. Nice fruit/hop/malt balance. Bitter orange and grapefruit citrus fruity hoppy throughout. Dry finish. Very tasty for modest ABV. Liked this a lot. Lovely beer!

Cask at the Roebuck, Richmond, drunk in the sun. Vibrant yellow, clear and still, small white head. Aroma - lemon hops and lager. Body is medium to light, carbonation is higher than average for cask. Taste is initially strong grapefruit and lemon, but an astringent resinous bitterness comes more to the fore over time and eventually takes over completely. I really enjoyed it initially but then it completely dried my mouth out. Overall it’s a decent summery cask pale ale.

Cask in the White Hart, Tongham. Pale amber ale with a white head. Quite sweet at first with caramel notes before a bitter fruity finish with pineapple flavours. Nice stuff.

Been meaning to try this for ages since visiting the brewery last year. Really powerful citrus and pine aroma, taste is extremely refreshing, citrus, grapefruit, nettles and a dry hop finish. Brilliant ale.

Cask at EUSC - Egham, 15/03/13. Clear golden amber with a good sized off white head that retains well. Nose is hops, light spice, citrus, grapefruit, light soap. Taste comprises juicy fresh hops, orange marmalade, grapefruit, sugars, cutrus, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry bitter finish. Great fresh tasting stuff - not a bitter a hoppy ’golden blonde’ would be my description of this one.
