COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
A straw coloured extremely moreish session beer that has a surprisingly full flavour for its strength. A pleasant and distinctive aroma is followed by a moderate hop bitterness. The fresh finish is shorter than Shere Drop, and leaves you wanting another...

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2008 Gravity cask at the Battersea Beer Festival, 7th Feb 2008. Alas, a real disappointment after the Shere Drop. Bright gold colour and it was served in excellent condition, but the aroma and flavour are bland. There’s some grapefruit and maybe a floral hint, but overall this is forgettable session beer.
Re-rated on cask at GBBF 08, up from a 2.8. A little better than last time, but still rubbish compared to the Shere Drop.

Cask at GBBF 2007. A golden beer with a rim of white head. The aroma is sweet malty, while the flavor is sweet with notes of malt as well as lighter notes of hops, flowers, and grass.

(Cask at GBBF, London, 9 Aug 2007) Golden yellow colour with green tinges, frothy white head. Fruity nose with malty undertones, grassy hops. Fruity, slightly malty taste with strained notes of grassy, citrussy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Rather thin, but with a nice, dryish hop character.

Cask at GBBF 2007. A Golden ale, with thick white head. Plenty of citrus grapefruit and a hoppy taste and a clean bitter finish.

A Mes rate: Gravicask @ Reading Beer Festival. Slight egg but otherwise hoppy aroma. Nice crisp clear golden looks. Tangy and citric with an interesting malty finish.
