UPDATED: APR 6, 2013 Bottle at home, from Wine Rack Burpham, 05/04/13. BB jan ’14.
Pours clear golden with a thin white head that quickly dissipates to the edge of the glass.
Nose carries malt, citrus, touch of hops, floral notes, caramel, sugars.
Taste comprises pale malt, hops, caramel, orange.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation a touch over spritzed, dry finish with some hop bitterness. Carbonation flattens as I progress the journey with this one, upped from 3 to 4 on palate score, assertive hop bitterness in the finish.
An OK drinkable bitter.
