COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
The flagship beer is pale in colour with a subtle hint of grapefruit and lemon in the aroma. The wonderful hop bitterness is complemented by a balanced malt flavour. The beer has a long finish, which is moderately dry.

Cask at The Eagle, Battersea on 14 Jun 2012. Poured a clear, mid golden colour, with a rocky white head. Aroma of light malt, tropical fruit and floral hops. Soft fruit in the flavour, with some pineapple and biscuit. Finish was toffee, bread and grain.

Cask. Clear golden with a small good lacing off white head. Dry flowers, wood, bread, lemon. Medium body, light/medium sweet and medium bitter. Long light dry and bitter hoppy finish. Pleasant.

Sample at Great British Beer Festival 2014. Clear golden beer with a small offwhite head. Malty caramel aroma, earthy, hay, floral, citrus notes. Fruity hop flavor, grassy, citrus, some hay.

Cask at the Eagle Clapham. Clear yellow, still, small bubbly white head. Aroma is light and malty. Body is medium to light with a touch of carbonation, pretty smooth. Taste is light toffee malt, bit of fruit peel dryness, soft bitterness in the finish. Drinkable but quite bland.

Sampled @ GBBF. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, bitter, lightly grainy and hayish. Average body and carbonation. Not bad, but not great either.

Draft at GBBF 2013, Day 3 - London. Pours clear gold with a mellow, white cream head. The nose has ripened citrus and light wood. Light sweet flavor with moderate dry bread, some citrus, leafy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Great condition, it is worth noting. Clean finish with light bitter hay, bread. Super sessioner, this.

GBBF Day 3. Almost clear gold beer. Little pale cream coloured head. Light dry palate with fine carbonation. Fresh! Light pale malt. Noble hop spice. Light dry finish with a decent bitter linger. Hangs together very well.
