Yellow with a white head. Lightly hopped, earthy, light toasted malts, slightly sweet. Not a lot going on here but htere is nothing wrong with this beer. Well brewed, just a little boring.

Copper color with a bubbly head. Good lacing. Aroma of caramel malt and fresh grain. Underlying hop aroma. Well balanced flavor with a late hop bite. Pretty solid but ultimately forgettable.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draught at The Pour House in Mountainhome, PA. Arrivd to the table a clear burnished gold with a sudsy white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left partial lace. No real discernible aroma to speak of. The flavor is malt with some citrus hops at the finish. Medium bodied.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear medium amber with a full head that slowly reduces to the rim, thin streaks of lace. Taste is a cleansing caramel malt that concedes to a light, clean hop bittering at the finish. Actually, even though it is an easy-going "Stock Ale," it is satisfying in a way in which most ales miss the mark, making it an ale that is "worth searching out" that "nobody ever heard of." I could drink a lot of these - how unfortunate Iíve only got one.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
This is an easy drinking ale that would make for a decent session beer. Golden yellow with whispy quickly dissipating head. Not much going on in aroma or flavor though.

3.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This is a pretty good beer. If you decide to drink this, please donít expect your typical light-colored, grapefruit tasting pale ale that most breweries are brewing nowadays. This is a stock ale. It pours a darker golden color than most pale ales, and it has a ton of head. It is very malt heavy for a pale ale, and the hops arenít that pronouned. Itís still has a bit of a bitter bite, but there isnít a ton of hop aroma. The hop aroma that there is mostly an earthy aroma which matches the malt backbone. This beer is a nice break from the typical cascade hop heavy pale ale that it seems every brewery is brewing nowadays. Will buy again.
