COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Goldencold Lager is our refreshing, German-inspired beer. Brewed with Pilsner malt and a small amount of Sauermalz to bring out a traditional, rounded note. We use a unique milling and mashing process known as Endosperm mashing, and classic decoction. By separating the husk from the mash, it allows us to brew a beer delicate in flavor and texture. Bavarian Hallertau Tradition, and Hallertau Perle hops make for a crisp, classic and nuanced bitterness that brings our corner of NEPA a little closer to you.

As someone who loves to drink multiple beers at a sitting, I truly loved this beer! It’s clean, crisp and incredibly drinkable! I do not like overwhelmingly hoppy beer, and this one has a perfect blend of hops and malt. It compliments any food at any time of day. Great job guys!

Bottle. Pours a bright pale gold body with a fizzy white head that faded to a thin ring quickly. The nose is pretty decent for the style, some light bready and crackery malt with a nice light hop undertone. The flavor is better than average as well, light on the malt but very crisp and well lagared finishing very clean with a slight hop bitterness that adds that little snap that makes it interesting. Much cleaner and sharp than most Pale Lagers. Light bodied with fizzy prickly carbonation that enhances the light bitterness. This is pretty good.

Capa (1963) - Manama, BAHRAIN - DEC 27, 2012
Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, toasted, vegetal. Flavor is light corn, malt, and slight sweetness. Above average pale lager but not something I'll seek out.

Bottle. Crystal clear gold pout with a sudden effervescent head that drops to a fizzy ring. Clean and crisp lager. Looks nice. Very mild. Gentle balance of hops and honey malts. Nothing offensive. Easy drinking but not much there there.

Pours a clear bright gold with a thin white head. Aroma of slightly sweet straw. Flavor is notably sweet with light grass and straw...clean. mouthfeel is light and the finish is grassy/earthy straw...dry and abrupt.

Smooth and malty. Caramel and nuts, slightly sweet. Longer and more drawn out in the finish with very light hints of hops. Very full for a pale lager.

I think this is a great beer name. Anyway, bottle from Wegmans Malvern. Pours clear golden with a small white head that quickly dissipates to nothing.. small glass carbonation. The aroma is sweet biscuit, light graininess. The taste is very bready and biscuity, a bit sweet, finishes clean. Probably as good as pale lager gets.
