Bottle at Immy’s Tasting on 7-22-06. Clear yellow. Nose is apple. Nice little tartness to it as well. Taste is slightly sour apple, some sweetness to it. Bit of funkiness in it as Kinz noted. Body is dry and crisp while being rather light, not unlike it’s style. Finishes with more apple notes and a light tarness coming through again. Not bad at all!

Pulpy in aroma while the appearance is pale gold and translucent. The flavor is relatively mild, tart apples and a decent finish. Not really a flavor blast but cleans up well.

I drank about 6 pints of this today while working jazzfest. Awesome. Super light gold pour with tons of bubbles but little head, reminds me of soda. Bile and sulfur up front in the aroma and flavor, some apple rounds it out. Dry and mildly tart finish, very refreshing. This is a damn good cider.

Clear apple juice looking body with a tiny white head that quickly fades. The nose is heavy apple, some honey and a funky basement mustiness. Lightly sweet taste, lightly tart, some cotton candy and pear to go along with the apple. Medium/light body is a bit thin with moderate carbonation.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy to fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, dry apple, red apple, sour appe, vanilla notes ? Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to light light moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

Bottled. A pale yellow cider with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples, and a bit of apple cores. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, leading to a lightly tart finish.
