An English style IPA. Brewed to mimic the old original IPA before the American hop bombs and this was intended to stay within the bitter English style and it follows through. Bitter,
not too hoppy, nice and malty.

Tap at Capital Beerfest 2013. Pours dark amber with a beige head. Aroma of caramel and citrus. Med body. Flavor is aroma, but the hop is strong, and there’s an earthy hint. Nice ale.

clean malty with bitterness and slight hop. reminds me of a crisp malty esb from London. hops are balanced but pronounced and then fade and richness of malt follows through. palate is moderately covered with hop then slight toast cereal malt. overall nice brew rich and tasty but light enough to be refreshing
