From bottle at Øl og Mat festival, Oslo. Creamy offwhite head on top of a reddish amber beer. Nutty aroma. Sweet nutty flavours with some restrained dark fruit. A bit flat. A spring bock that behaves too nicely and kicks too weakly.

A surprisingly good beer with a fresh bitterness. Not onlike some of the better Chech lagers.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours unclear ambercolored beer with some chillhaze. The beer has an offwhite head. The aroma is weak with a little caramel. The flavor has some fruit and hops. The palate leaves some bitterness. A weak beer, and a little thin.

Bottle. A golden, slightly hazy beer with a fingerthick off-white head. The aroma is rather weak, with malty sweetness and a peachy fruityness. Quite sweet on the palate too, and with a nice carbonation. Some caramel notes in the flavor, dried peaches, some generic fruityness and a fine, subtle hop profile giving a little spicy bitterness. Sweet, fruity finish with appropriate bitterness. Far from a big beer, bur pleasant and refreshing. (090412)

50 cl bottle at home. A bit hazy amber color, fine off-white head. Aroma is sweet malty, with fruity hops. Flavor is also sweet malty and moderate hops. Ok, but a bit boring beer.

Bottled. Lightly hazy pale amber, small head. Light resiny hop aroma. Clean and bready, light to medium bodied. Finishes with salty, resiny quite powerful bitterness.

To name a beer after the latin word for gold - Aurum - the most precious of the precious metals in the periodic system is to put quite some pressure on ones shoulders. Pours a deep moisty golden with an inch-high off-white head that slowly fades away and turnes into some white bubbles on the surface -what a shame. The nose is fresh with citrus notes, yeasts, caramelsand pilsen-malts, peaches and Svanekes traditional smokey hints. The taste is pale and thin and a bit disappointed. Im not beeing seduced as the story goes in the description. But again you sense the smokey universe combined with some sweet malt flavours. The palate is quickly sparkling and then gone with a pale bitterness left behind in the finish... Aurum...welll not really

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge orangey head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet malty with primary notes of caramel.
