COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: "Aurum" er det latinske ord for ”Guld”. Med sin dybe farve og glans, den udpræget milde smag og det drilske nap humle forfører den som en lille Venus, der titter frem af skummet. Venus, som forførte Trojas Anchises og med ham fik sønnen der blev stamfader til Romerne. Undergæret.

Bottle, 5.5%. Dusty aroma, slightly vinous. Hazy dark copper colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour is mildly sweet with a hint of fruit. Quite malty, sweetish dark malt. Distinct bitterness, quite rough, but very clean. Very good mouthfeel.

Orange colour, small head. Aroma is somewhat stale with vegetables and some grainy malt. Flavour is also stale with vegetables, grainy malt and hints of hay. The aftertaste is rather longlasting.

The aroma is tangy and sweet with hints of malt, caramel and honey. The taste is the same with a slightly unpleasant bitterness in which alcohol is noticeable too much. Gold-Beer (Aurum), my ass!
