Draught at the brewpub. High creamy lasting light yellow head. Hazy dark red brown body. Apple pear cocoa caramel aroma. Pretty bitter and hoppy flavor with fruity notes and some acicic spicy stuff that I cannot quite figure out but guess is from the Melanoldin malt. Some sourness like grapefruit. Low carbonation and a long bitter finish. Interesting.
