COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: Shaun Hill and Peter Sonne guestbrew at Svaneke Bryghus July 17th. It´s a Black IPA with roughly 70 IBU´s, a good 15 % of rye malt and dominated by Columbus hops, all though there´s also a decent amount of Simcoe found. ABV 6 %. Balanced, full bodied and cleansing bitter, dark beer. Aroma and taste of toffee, dark chocolate, passion fruit, grapefruit and hops. Black Hill refers to the hills behind Shauns Vermont farm, named “The Black Hills”.

Draught at Lord Nelson. Dark brown coloured with a small off white head. Roasted aroma of coffee, hops and grass with notes of grape fruits. Roasted flavour of coffee, hops, grass and grape fruits. Dry roated and hoppy finish.

Dark brown with red glimts and a medium off white head. Sweet aroma with hard roasted malt and hops. Sweet flavour with had roasted malt, loads of hops and coffee notes.

dark brown, small offwhite head. aroma of mild tooffee, coffee. flavor of roasted malt, brown sugar, faint caramel, hops. very nice flavor. also grapefruit, pine.

RB#11000. From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt, distinct fruity and liqourice hoppy. Sweet, roasted breadish malty, distinct liqourice hoppy. Rather dry into the finish alongside and solid bitterness. Lingering liqourice and roasted breadish flavoured finish. Distinct grapefruity lingering fruity flavour into the far finish.
