3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark brown with a small beige head.
Sweet aroma with lots of milk chocolate, vanilla and a bit malt.
Sweet taste dominated by milk chocolate, malt, caramel, vanilla and an OK hoppy bitterness.
The vanilla is too dominating for my liking.

Bottle. Has added color!?! Black with off-white head... Artificial aroma and flavor, vanilla, chocolate, sweet pipe tobacco. Medium bodied. Actually a little disgusting.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
A red-brown beer with a huge chocolate brown head. The aroma is almost overwhelmingly full of chocolate - milk chocolate, but also contains notes of vanilla. The mouthfeel is quite thin - a surprise to me, at the alcohol content and for a beer from Svaneke. The flavor contains lots of chocolate, primarily milk chocolate, but in the end also some bitter chocolate. Besides all the chocolate the flavor also contains vanilla and some roasted malt. I wonder how this will mature.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Black beer, beige lasting head. Good carbonation. Complex, sweet aroma: Vanilla, cherry (cola?), chocolate. The flavour is more vanilla, roasted and sweet malts. Hints of licorice. Moderately dry finish. Watery palate. Very well balanced. Overall, great mild (chocolate) stout. This is really something to brag a about...

Milk chocolate nose a bit like the kids sugary stuff.
Dark brown, creamy head.
Milk chocolate dominates flavors -
some unpleasant edges,not entirely harmonic.
Medium body, creamy mouthfeel.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle courtesy of BierKonig. Deep brown colored, ruby hues when held against a light. Rocky off-white head with nice lacing. Big chocolate nose, smells like chocolate milk. Body is medium, smooth mouthfeel. Taste is dominated with the chocolate, light bitterness in the finish. Well made.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled: Red brown coloured. Light brown head. Malt, sweetness, loads of chocolate and some malt in the aroma. The typical Svaneke yeast is present in the flavour. Else its the very dominant chocolate again and some malt and light hops. Is light bitter and dry in the end, and ends on this sweet chocolate note. Quite delicious, but after drinking ½ of the bottle I had more than enough.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tall thin light brown head, dark brown body. Sweet creamy and chocolaty aroma. Thick and rather cloying and nothing like anything I have smelled in a beer before. Very sweet and thick flavor dominated by milk chocolate (this is the most chocolaty beer I have ever had). Like drinking chocolate with a little bit of bitter hops in the finsih. A very unique stout and excellent as a dessert beer!

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Medium brown colour. Aroma like chocolate-caramel candy, or maybe hot chocolate. Very sweet and candyish flavour. Like some sort of caramel cappucino powder. Not entirely awful, but definitely not for me.
