Bottle. Slightly bready malt character, with a grassy hop bitterness in the finish. Salty towards the end aswell. I thought this was pretty good for a lager.

Bottle (St Georges Park Bottle Fest): Malty start with mild dry finish. Suprising salty notes in the aftertaste. Hazy gold with a white head. Interesting.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2011 Hazy dark golden body, frothy, lasting head. Malty aroma, with toffee, bread crust, fresh cereal, and grassy/herbal hops. Sweet and malty flavour, with a nice touch of hops

Nice hazy amber color with a nice white head. The taste is malty and fruity. A nice lager.

It is a beer with dark golden and sparkling body. Excellent frothy white head. Good taste.

Bottle.Pours light haz golden with a nice looking white creamy top. Light nutty malty aroma. Taste is medium sweet toffee and caramel, nutty and herbal, nice lingering moderate sweet malty aftertaste. A good vienna.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2012 Bottle with a haze yellowbrown appearance. The aroma of malte dough. Medium dry balanced finish. Acceptable. Like it better after my second tasting.

Slightly hazy orange colour, weak off-white head. Flavour with some malty sweetness, distinct hops. A bit watery palate. Overall well balanced 'classic pilsner' - far better than most macro-brewery versions...

(Bottle 33 cl) Very pretty, dark amber with a small, discreet head. Slightly hazy. Very malty, but not really sweet - on the contrary this has a slightly sour edge. Low carbonation. Unusual but quite nice. 050802
