Bottle 50cl @ [ Tasting by Maria ].
Light unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty, sweet light hoppy, some honey notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (060608)

Courtesy of Yespr. It’s a very nice orange-red beer with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, spicy hops and light honey. The flavour has sweetness, candy sugar, spicy hops and light honey. It’s an interesting mix of hops, bitterness and sweetness.

Bottle, bought @ Aakjærs, Esbjerg.
Pours amber with a fine, creamy offwhite head. Aroma is sweet, good maltiness, some distinct honey, rye and herbs. Rather creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has some viniousness and a bit of a metallic off-flavour. Otherwise there is plenty of sweetness, some good malt base with sweet herbal honey an top. Finishes nicely bitter.

Bottle. Medium high but lasting off-white head. Hazy dark orange body. Good powerful malt aroma. Guess rye has been used in combination with the barley. Honey not especially distinct. Pretty hoppy although the beer is fruity and contains honey. Low carbonation and a long dry and bitter aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours deep orange with a fair head. Sweey honey malty aroma. The flavour has honey indeed with a dry maltiness, bit yeasty and good hops. Quite sweet bitterish finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown/reddish with a huge off-white head. Heavy hops and honey aroma. Thick hoppy flavoured with honey in the finish. A bit too strong in the aroma and initial flavour for my liking.

Bottled (BB 12/2006). Thanks Papsoe. Hazy amber color, creamy off-white head. Sweet, honey and cardboard malty aroma. Medium-bodied, toffeish, honey is there too. Kind of Scotch ale -style brew, Drinkable, but nothing to drink more than this one bottle.

Cloudy amber colour with a small white head. Malty, honey sweet aroma with a light fruity and yeasty note. Honey sweet flavor with the Svaneke yeast standing out in the finish.
