Commercial description
Danish: Dobbelt gæret. Efter en forholdsvis kort overgæring svaler vi øllet ned og tilsætter en undergær-stamme, som siden forgærer den resterende ekstrakt i vores kolde lagerkælder. Dette medfører en mindre påtrængende overgæret karakter, samtidigt med at øllets klaring forbedres. Ud over Hvedemalt bruges der Münchner, Chokolade, Røg og Karamel malt og den friske humlenuance stammer fra en sydtysk aromasort. Smagen holder strejf af the, citrus, ristearoma og karamel, og øllet serveres bedst i ballonglas til det kolde, kraftige køkken. Over- og undergæret.

English: Double fermented. After a short top fermentation, the beer is chilled and added a bottom fermenting yeast, that ferments the residual sugars in our cold cellers. This results in a less overwhelming top fermented character and the clarity of the beer is improved. Besides wheat malt, there is used Münchner, Chocolate, Smoked, and Caramel malts, and the refreshing hop notes stem from a Southern German aroma hop. The flavor has hints of tea, citrus, roasted malt,and caramel. The beer is best served in a balloon glass together with cold and powerful dishes.
