Dec 1, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Lightly floral, hoppy nose. Medium body, dry and dominated by hops. A bit German style. Thanks to Katja for importing this from Bornholm when it wasn’t yet readily available in the rest of the kingdom. 271105

May 18, 2007 CBF07 sample from tap. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is malty, slight sour and slight fruity. Flavour is malty, soft and some fruit. Dry finish. Decent carbonation. I didn’t sense the classical Svaneke yeast in this one.
