An ok christmas beer. A bit sweet taste. Reedish colour with little white head.

Bottle 50 cl 5,7%....... It pours clear dark brown with a medium off white head..... the aroma is sweet malt, spicy and dark bread... the flavor is dark fruits, caramel, spices, dark bread and some dark heavy roasted malts.....I sense the christmas dinner is coming ! :)

50cl bottle. 5.7%. Amber colour which turns red when held against the light. Aroma is roasted malts, floral notes as well as hints of belgian yeast. Flavour doesn’t quite match the aroma. Metallic notes with malt, some caramel and some other unidentifiable ingredient.

Bottle. Red brown body with fine white head. Flavor is sugar and caramel.

Clear dark amber with a beige head. Aroma is sweet caramel, malty, light roasted malt and a touch of spices. Flavor is rather sweet and light bitter. I’m not a fan of dunkels in general, but this is excellent. 091110

Dark copper. Bitter aroma with notes of metal, grain and applecider. Bittersweet flavor with a bit of caramel and apples.

500ml bottle (Alko Arkadia, Helsinki)
6 Gentle chocolate cakey aroma, a little thick.
4 Deep red, tan ring head.
6 Initially some nice cocoa and roast retronasals, with a little spicy orange zesty ting there too. But as you swallow it all just flushes away so quickly leaving nothing but dry papery hop. Woh - then pour all the sludge in from the bottle - that fills it out wonderfully. 4 Initially, very rich palate, sweet and smooth, but with decent carbonation. Finish has a hoppy bitter tingle, but the vapours left in the mouth are a little papery, but with a hint that they’re real green hops.
12 I feel a little let down, but this isn’t a bad beer by any means. Definitely pour in all of the sediment, you’re only getting half of the flavour if you don’t.
