Bottled, 0.5l. Dark brown color with small frothy brown head, lively carbonation and malt / yeast residue. Aroma of caramel, coffee, chocolate, hops and liquorice. Flavor starts with sweet chocolate, caramel and coffee notes, then followed by sour fruitiness, while finish is medium hoppy. Medium body, creamy texture and low carbonation in palate. Good for the dessert, a bit plain for a beer...

Dark brown with a medium tan head. Malty with licorice notes. Malt, licorice and chocolate. Medium body with a complex, bitter sweet finish.

Drack denna ännu en gång. Toner av choklad, kaffe, läder, söt lakrids men med en lite salt beska. Vattning men ändå söt. Speciell karaktär, höjer till 4,2p.

On draught on Copenhagen beer festival 2012. A creamy stout with a perfect mix of chocolate, caramel/toffee and liquorice. Nice!

Very dark with a small head. Quite normal stout aroma and taste but with heavier liqourice notes.
Not really special.

A bit disappointing beer. Somewhat weak in flavor. Notes of liquorice and a roasted flavor with some bitterness. very dark brown in color with a creamy head.

Bottle 50cl. Pours black with a huge beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, liquorice with some chocolate and coffee. Sweet with a slightly dry finish. Quite nice, but not too exciting.

UPDATED: APR 4, 2012 Bottle, 50 cl. Black colour with a frothy, quickly diminishing beige head. Roasted, malty nose with notes of dark fruits, caramel, chocolate and only a little liquorice. Roasted, malty taste with liquorice much more evident than in the aroma, melted dark chocolate and caramel. Medium sweet finish with a gentle salty touch and very low bitterness. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Very well done liquirice show-off - as a Stout it’s a slightly boring and quite one dimensionel.

Black of color with a brown head. An aroma of roasted malt, liqurice, salty and smoke. A flavor sweets, liqurice, salty and weak sweets.

Dark blackish beer with brown head
A nice stout with a distict taste of Liquorice- which stays with you in thefor a good while.
I enjoyed it, but its a lot of special beer with half a litre, so it was ok to share with friends
