Bottle. Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, grass, flowers, light malty, toasted, hay. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (280907)

An unclear orange beer with a white head. The aroma is slightly acidic combined with notes of straw, while the flavor is very sweet with light notes of ascorbin acid, leading to a dry end with notes of straw.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is malty, slight sour and slight fruity. Flavour is malty, soft and some fruit. Dry finish. Decent carbonation. I didn’t sense the classical Svaneke yeast in this one.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Lightly floral, hoppy nose. Medium body, dry and dominated by hops. A bit German style. Thanks to Katja for importing this from Bornholm when it wasn’t yet readily available in the rest of the kingdom. 271105

Bottled. Hazy goldeny orange colour, big fluffy head. Aroma is grass, bready malts, mild yeast, some slight fruityness as well. Flavour is quite similar, quite balanced and pleasant.

<i>Bottled. </i> Hazy deep golden, small creamy head. Buttery, lightly grassy nose. Grassy and fruiyt, medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Rustic, butterscotchy and grainy with salty bitterness.

UPDATED: MAY 21, 2011 50 cl bottle. Unfiltered. Pours unclear/hazy gar yellow with a handsome egg white head & laicings. Aroma is fresh - grassy malty & hops. Body & carbonation is very pilsner like. Fresh taste with a bitter end. Quite drinkable pilsener!

UPDATED: OCT 1, 2011 Draught. Slightly cloudy golden colour, small white head. OK hop aromatic flavour and OK bitterness. A little citric.
Bottle, 4.6%. The aroma is malty and not so hoppy, perhaps a subtle aroma hop note. Very malty flavour and also not so hoppy. Not very bitter either.
