COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Clean, fresh, wonderful. Extremely quaffable with a slim malty backbone and a decent bitterness with hop aroma to match. My favourite Danish beer for some time. Good stuff!

Sample 15 cl. Slightly hazy yellow beer with a big white head of good duration. Aroma of malt hops and light citrus and a bit of grass. The taste is sweet and moderate bitter with good notes of citrus. Lovely fresh, dry, hoppy finish

(Bottled, rated 2011-06-10) Almost clea golden with a medium, firm head. Citrusy-grassy-hoppy, pale-malty nose. Slightly stingy-metallic flavor with citrusy and harshly bitter hops combined with yeasty stuffiness. Almost medium body, quite soft CO2. A decent, malty backbone, but too stuffy and harshly metallic bitterness for a session pils.

Hazy light amber colour with a dense white head, that slowly decends. on the aroma i pick up the classic pilsner with some malts, a little hint of hops and sort of metally on the finish. The taste is on the bitter side, for this beer style. a bit piney, but mostly bitter. maybe a vague taste of peach, but not really citrus. long and bitter aftertaste.

Flaske 0,5l fra Alko Muonio. Drukket hjemme 11 Jul 11. Lys gylden med et veldig høyt luftig skum som daler litt. OK fruktig aroma. Myk munnfølelse. Fint balansert smak. Litt sitrus. Blir veldig bitter etter hvert. Bra øl. Sikkert utmerket til mat.

Aroma has grassy hops and hints of butterish malt and flowery notes. Flavour is grassy with nice amount of hops, hints of spices and ash. Good and refreshing pils!

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2012 Bottle. Slightly hazy golden amber with a medium, white head. Aroma is grainy malts, grassy hops, some citric fruitiness. Taste begins as piney with tones of passionfruit, turns grainy in the middle and is strongly grassy and somewhat herbal on the finish. Palate is light, carbonated and refreshing.

500ml bottle by the courtesy of Finn. Pale golden body. Decent white head, fair amount of glass-lacing. Fresh fruity hops to the nose displaying peaches and oranges. The flavour is more in the direction of dry fruity hops added by lighter notes of pale malts and a whiff of spices. Rounded fruit- bitter finish. Modest oily palate. Semi-dry on the swallow. Paired well with our pizza (at home in Tromsø, 27.08.2011).
