COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Alc. 4,6 % vol.

Bottle. Pours a quite golden, clear body with a small off-white head. Pleasant fruity, caramel aroma. The flavor is a bit butterscotchy and metallic, but there’s also the fruit and caramel found in the aroma. Surprisingly bitter in the finish, I don’t think that suits the beer, it sort of breaks with the rest of the impression. Some metallic notes too. Medium mouthfeel with a good carbonation. Easy to drink, quite quenching but a bit boring and lacking complexity. Not that I expected a complex beer, but something more is needed. (080402)

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a tan lazing head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and straw, leading to a slightly bitter finish. The body is thin.

Purchased in Bornholm while on summer vacation-took a visit to the brewery and picked up various bottles. Nice deep amber copper color with a nice white head at pour. Carbonation sticks around a bit & lacing stays on glass nicely. Some nice caramel & malty hints with some hops bitterness-a bit of cereal and toasty taste. I like the various flavors in this, but I wasnt really overwhelmed compared with some of their offerings. Needless to say, I definitely enjoyed it & will try it again.
