COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bornholm Bryg Staerke Preben Copper red colour and clear to hazy appearance. Fluffy beige head. Fruity and nutty with notes of cherry and almond. Creamy mouthfeel with a distinct sweetness. Namned after our former head brewer "Preben". Bottom fremented.

Bottle. 6.9%. Pours a hazy amber-brown with a big beige head. Sweetish malty aroma with notes of rye. Slight fruity and metallic notes. Flavours is sweetish with hops. Slightly fruity. Sweet bitterness in a medium dry finish. Faint notes of alcohol and licorice. A bit too much carbonation. 09-09-06.

[Bottle 6.9 %] Amber coloured with a slight haze. Dense head. Fruity aroma with a slight sourness. Sweet and fruity flavour. Somewhat sourish and a bit too fizzy. An odd Doppelbock.

50 cl bottle. Amber colour with a great white head. Aroma of malt, caramel and some toffee-like. Very tasty flavour of sweetness from the malt and some hints of caramel. Ends up smooth with both alcohol and hops.

Copper clear with a tan lasting head. Rich malts, mild earthy hops. Sweet malty flavour with a touch of bacon and smoke. Medium bodied. Alcohol well hidden. Quite moreish.
