Jun 26, 2008 ÅBF08. Good roasted aroma, slightly sweet. Cloudy black colour. Slightly sweet flavour, roasted and nice. Not as unpleasantly bitter finish as many other stouts.

Jun 8, 2008 0.5l bottle from Denmark thanks to my friend Kåre. Appearance was nice, aroma was promising but taste was weak. It is difficult to find some good stout in Belgium so I was maybe expecting too much.

Malty sweet with fudge and roasted malt. Bitterness could be more balanced

May 2, 2008 Bottle. Pours black with medium light brown head. Aroma is mainly roasted malts with notes of coffee. Medium body. Flavour is more roasted malts and some smoke. A bit sourish bitterness ends it all. Quite good brew from Svaneke.
