Pour out of 12 oz bottle, clear orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of veggie/dms, hints of diacetyl as well, hints of grass, caramel, earth, hints of grain, yikes, probably old. Taste is a mix of grass, sour grain, caramel, lots of dms, cabbage, and diacetyl finishing fairly bitter, dry.

Draught at KØ14. Cloudy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is quite hoppy. Bitter hops more than flavour hops. A little citric note in the finish, which balances the beer off nicely.

Bottle: Thanks Henrik: Served in a Chouffe glass: Medium sized creamy foamy head on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Aromas of butter, caramel, hops, cream, herbs, some flowers, some fat peach and light pine. Flavours of hoppy flowers and watery flowers, herbs, bitters, grass, some light fruity tones, light floral, grass and light plants with a crispy edge. Aftertaste is good crispy bitter with planty of herbs, hops, some grass and hints of malts and a subtle dryness. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a creamy texture. Very nice, easy drinkable, refreshing, good bitterness and even the aroma was a bit fat the taste is nice hop herbal. Like it!

04-JAN-2014, bottle @home, from Torvehallerne. Clear golden with lasting White head. Aroma is butterschotch, fruit and toast. This is sick. Diacetyl! Taste the same. Creamy for a pilsener, soft carbonation. Hoppy bitter but still sick.

Ernest (6231) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 10, 2013
Bottle from Olbutikken, Copenhagen (BB Sep 2014). Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is dark yellow to light amber. Aroma is lightly malty (caramel), lightly hoppy (resin), with notes of rancid butter and DMS. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter, very unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Ugh, total drainpour...overridden with diacetyl (with some vegetable brine for extra character) and quite sour and dirty. Horrible.
