04-JAN-2014, bottle @home, from Torvehallerne.
Clear golden with lasting White head.
Aroma is butterschotch, fruit and toast. This is sick. Diacetyl!
Taste the same. Creamy for a pilsener, soft carbonation. Hoppy bitter but still sick.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle from Olbutikken, Copenhagen (BB Sep 2014). Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is dark yellow to light amber. Aroma is lightly malty (caramel), lightly hoppy (resin), with notes of rancid butter and DMS. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter, very unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Ugh, total drainpour...overridden with diacetyl (with some vegetable brine for extra character) and quite sour and dirty. Horrible.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: SEP 3, 2012 Draught at Øllets Dag v. Cafe Langebro. Slightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Nose is sweet and fresh hoppy with aromas of citrus, flowers, grass and pine needles. Flavor is sweet malty and hoppy, with a medium bidy and a medium bitter finish. Very much a session beer, well balanced, but maybe a little bit too sweet to be the pefect thirst quencher.

From tap at Christiania. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Nose has flowers, pine needles, grass and grapefruit. Nice balance between lots of hops and some sweetness from the malts. Very nice taste from the hops and definitely worth drinking. Perfect for tap.
