Draught@CPH BeerFest 2010. Hazy yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is wheat, some sourness, spices as well as some mild acidic notes. Flavour is quite much dry tart wheaty notes along with some spices. A quite standard witbier.

Banana fruit aroma. Golden coloured hazy in appearance and fruity. Strong in alcohol with a dry lasting finish.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Cloudy yellow, rich head. Aroma of corander and pineapple. Sweet and fruity with medium body and ronded mouthfeel. Slightly syrupy and soapy, quite spicy with slight almondy yeast character. Too fruity to be really refreshing.

Cloudy golden with a big and lasting white head. Yeasty aroma of banana and spice. Dry, but full bodied grass and yeast flavour with a rather hoppy finish

Hazy yellow with a small white head. An ok wheat beer that was refreshing and slightly tart. Yeast, coriander, citrus and spices.

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beerfestival.Pours hazy light orange with a good sized white head. Aroma of citrus and spice. Taste is more of it, but the wheat malt plays the main character here. Nice bitter finish, with some herbs and spices.

aroma reminds me of a saison, good balance between fruit and dry.
flavor is wheaty, yellow fruity, balanced, spicy.
i really liked it, but actually didn’t know it was a belgian white.

CBF09 from tab. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Cloudy pale golden color. Aroma of citrus, coriander, fruit, yeast. Light bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet flavor with a hint of acidic. Light sweet citrus finish.

Draught at Københavns Øldage 2009, Valby. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a sweetish wheat malty aroma with hints of coriander and citrus. Also some yeasty hints. Sweetish wheat malty yeasty citrus flavor. Has a sweetish wheat malty yeasty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty and hoppy, moderate yeasty, banana, medicine notes, no spices as normal. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, and dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090515]
