Bottle. Hazy yellow golden color with a samll fizzy fair lacing white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, banana, gum. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

An unclear orange beer with a white head. The aroma is primarily dusty hoppy, but also with light notes of oranges, and the faintest hints of banana. The flavor is very sweet - a bit too much for me - with notes of wheat and banana, leading to a dry wheaty end.

CBF07 sample from 50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is wheat, slight sour. Flavour is wheat, slight sour and refreshing carbonation. Nothing special.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy, orangey golden with a creamy, white head. Very discreet aroma, perhaps a whiff of fruit. Very soft and smooth mouthfeel. Medium body with a distinct sweetness. Typical Svaneke house character - whatever that is. Not your typical Hefe. 180506

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Muddy amber appearance. Caramelly banana aroma. Sweet and well rounded, full bodied for a weizen. Rather restrained esters, although there are some bubblegum. Refreshing, despite it’s relative sweetness. A bit inventive, but good.

Bottled. Nice, hazy and orange weisse, with a white head. That was mostly the good part. Sour aroma and a flavor that’s mostly peachy sweet. Thin body and a finish with metallic notes and some coriander. (060518)
