We introduce new special guest in our brewery. It is India Pale Ale (IPA). Our IPA is top-fermented beer brewed from Czech ingredients and two kinds of American hops ( Amarillo and Cascade). It combines full malt body with high hop bitterness and hoppy aroma.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours amber with a white head. Fruit/floral aroma. Flavor is fruit/citrus. Pretty bitter. Finishes hoppy and bitter, tho not at the NW level.

Keg at GBBF ’14, day 4, 15/08/14. Lightly hazed golden amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose is earthy hops, juicy citrics, light pine, orange pith, toasted malt. Taste comprises caramel malt, orange pith, light grapefruit. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close coated with light hop bitterness. Ok.

UPDATED: AUG 23, 2014 From Tapped, Leeds. Looks like lager, tastes like lager. I could swear it has Saaz hops, can’t distinguish Cascade or Amarillo at all. Malty & sweetish, a bit course with not enough hop bite for an IPA and served way too cold.

Draught keg at Euston Tap. An inviting mid-amber colour. A little malt sweetness on the nose and some fruity, resiny hops. Very pleasing flavour - a good balance of the sweetness & body, with a little caramel, and bitterness afterwards that wraps around the sides of your tongue. A pretty decent IPA with good body.

Aroma: citrus and tropical fruits, oranges. Appearance: slightly hazy amber, medium frothy white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: bitters intensify, resin, getting dry in the average-long finish. Overall: nice IPA, intense palate. Pint at Klasterni Pivovar Strahov, Prague.

33cl bottle from cloister shop. Pours amber colour,. Large, fine but quickly dissolving head. Aroma is not as fruity as expected but still typical IPA. Taste is malty, some hints of fruit, but quite unimpressing compared to the fresh beer from the tap. Nice medium long, classic hoppy bitter finish.

A lovely beer which I consider my best Czech IPA experience. Allthough the ever present Czech ingridients make thisa bit of a worrysome affair, the two American hops pull it comfortably alongside other IPA beers.
