We prepared a light new beer Sv. Norbert Summer Red Ale 1143. 1143 is a reference to the founding of the Strahov Monastry and signifies the gravity of beer that is 11,4 % (5,3 % Vol). Caramel Malt dominates in the color, taste and aroma. Caramel taste is complemented by a strong hoppy. Hops used are: Delta, Mosaic and Whole hops Experimental 366. This beer is a light and refreshing drink so it will be served until the end of the summer holidays.

Draught keg at Euston Tap. A rich amber-red colour. Aroma lightly hoppy but with a few sweet notes in there too. A strange (but pleasant) element to the flavour - can’t quite place it, a little savoury? A decent ale with lots of interesting flavour and a slightly toasted finish.
