Nov 29, 2009 Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of ChristianScheffel. It looks quite mediocre with it’s hazy, golden-yellow body and small, white cap of bubbles. The rest of the beer is luckily on a different level. Citrusy, slightly rubbery nose with pale malts and some barnyard. Maybe that didn’t sound nice, but it was. On the palate it’s on the astringent, sour side with citrus and brett. Quite well-balanced and tasteful. Medium body fullness. Nice. 090822

Nov 28, 2009 Exciting and bright lemon sherbert looks. Light. Very light. Sweet as a nut and full of delicious sherbert lemon flavours. Hells yes. Yeah really tasty wheat beer style. Good.

Unclear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is tart, lemon tart, pineapple, fruity, brett. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090804]
