Mild liquorish, caramel amd roasted malt over the palate with some bitterness from the hops. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light dry texture. Moderated bitter and sweet flaver well balanced. Light lingering roasted malty sweet finish.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: SEP 8, 2010 Draught at Svijansky Rytir in Prague. Sweet, creamy, chocolate and caramel aroma. Looks like a root beer float. Creamy flavor, chocolate and caramel, slightly burnt and earthy, with some minerals. Slightly watery at the end. Ok, rather average dunkel--missing something. Soft, silky body, very delicate. A nice drinker.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Doggythedog (thanks!)
Reddish/brown coloured, medium to big pale beige head, mild roasty nose. Roasted malt, brown sugar and some faint fruityness. Touch of caramel in the finish. Watery palate. According to label this one is "Beer of Czech Republic 2009". My vote is against.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from the Albert Hypermarket in Chodov, Prague
Poured a dark red/black body with a tan head that went away slow leaving nice lacing. Weak nose, some maltiness I guess. Sweetish roasty malty taste. Very very light bitterness. Gets drier near the end. Definitely will rerate.

3.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled. Dark brown color with ruby hue and creamy brownish head that lasts quite long. The aroma is pretty
neutral to me. It has a distinct roasted malt character with light chocolate feel. The flavor is a pleasant surprise,
much more intense than the aroma. It starts roasted malty, then follows some sweet toffee, caramelish flavors with a slightly spicy hops in the finish.
It also has some weird meaty, yeasty feel as it gets warmer, but not disturb too much. The body is pleasantly smooth with moderate carbonation, almost oily
- so u can feel it’s really unpasteurized. I’d gladly taste the all beers from this brewery if i’d have a chance. And surely drink it regularly if i could.
