3.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled. Dark brown color with ruby hue and creamy brownish head that lasts quite long. The aroma is pretty
neutral to me. It has a distinct roasted malt character with light chocolate feel. The flavor is a pleasant surprise,
much more intense than the aroma. It starts roasted malty, then follows some sweet toffee, caramelish flavors with a slightly spicy hops in the finish.
It also has some weird meaty, yeasty feel as it gets warmer, but not disturb too much. The body is pleasantly smooth with moderate carbonation, almost oily
- so u can feel it’s really unpasteurized. I’d gladly taste the all beers from this brewery if i’d have a chance. And surely drink it regularly if i could.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap in Melnik, Czech Rep.
Pours brown with a moderate creamy tan head.Strong roasted malt aroma. Nice velvet mouthfeel, taste of dark malts, liquorice and pepper. Taste starts sweet turns spicy, and ends with a long nice peppery aftertaste. For me this is like a Primator Stout "light".

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(tap in Praha) A clear, dark amber beer with thick roasted foam. the aroms is lightly roasted. The taste is a bit sweet and hoppy and its nicely roasted, sadly it also tastes of alcohol. The palate is low and the aftertaste is a light mix of alcohol and roasted tones.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. It pours a clear, copper-colored body under a small, creamy, beige head. Looking quite good actually. Decent aroma with caramel tending towards butterscotch, sweetness, fruits and noble hops. Sweet, full-bodied mouthfeel with caramel, and some hops giving a decent bitterness. Some bitterness in the finish too, but it wouldn’t hurt from a little more of it. A decent beer, but I could easily do without the butterscotch. (090508)
