Mörkt öl, nästan svart, med ett fylligt capuccinoskum som så sakteliga lägger sig. Tunn arom, honung och mörk sirap. Bättre smak, där honung och röda bär går igenom i en trevlig sötma.

On tap @ Penzion Mona, Harrachov. Pours slightly hazy dark brown with stable light tan head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel with a note of dried fruit. Complex, sour and sweet flavour of malt and fruit, offset by a bitter hoppy aftertaste. Decent.

Bottle. Very dark amber color, near black. Thin head. Sweet aroma of liquorice, caramel and some hops. Flavors are coffee and roasted malt with minor notes of banana. Dry texture. Slightly bitter finish.

bottle. dark body with nice head. not so sweet but rather spicy with long palate.

Tap at Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Aroma almost nonexistent, watery. Taste mostly coffee, light sugary caramel. Clear cola colour, off-white head, full duration. Finish is light coffee bitter. It is in the neutral grey industrial zone.

(Bottle 0,5l) Light sweet malty, dark chocolate, light alcohol, spicy, caramel aroma. Clear brown-red color. Medium light brown head. Medium sweet, light spicy, light caramel taste. Light sticky texture. Medium body. Long bitter, dry finish.

Bottled. Dark brown color with ruby hue and creamy brownish head that lasts quite long. The aroma is pretty neutral to me. It has a distinct roasted malt character with light chocolate feel. The flavor is a pleasant surprise, much more intense than the aroma. It starts roasted malty, then follows some sweet toffee, caramelish flavors with a slightly spicy hops in the finish. It also has some weird meaty, yeasty feel as it gets warmer, but not disturb too much. The body is pleasantly smooth with moderate carbonation, almost oily - so u can feel it’s really unpasteurized. I’d gladly taste the all beers from this brewery if i’d have a chance. And surely drink it regularly if i could.

Bottle. Pours clear brown color with nice tan head. Aroma is caramel and coffee, hint of licorice. Flavor is sweet, caramel, roasty. Rather nice dunkel.

Barva: černá, neprůhledná. Pěna nažloutlá hustá držící. Vůně: karamelově sladová. Chuť: výrazně sladová se stopou karamelu a lehce nahořklá. Perla mezi černými pivy!
