Nice roasted aroma, although not intense. Dark ruby color, average lasting head. Full body, rather sweetish with roasted notes. No diacetyl - which is great for Czech tmave - pretty high carbonation. Roasted finish and some sour notes.

0.5L bottle. Pours clear dark brown with a rocky white head. Nice malt aromas of chocolate and cinammon. These continue into the flavor profile: Mild sweet with chocolate and cinammon, finishing with a nice roasted malt flavor that lingers. Little hop flavor in this one. Medium body with mild carbonation. Almost like a porter. Overall, a really decent beer with nice malt characteristics.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear deep ruby, big beige head. dark malts with notes of sweetish dark bread, toasted bread, spicy hops. Similar flavour, with a rosty and hoppy bitter finish. A bit too carbonated - would be nice to have a smoother body. Otherwise, a great tmavy.

Draught. High creamy and lasting off-white head. Very dark red brown body. Creamy nut caramel aroma. Relatively strong cocoa nut caramel flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness. Low carboation. Short aftertaste.

Bottled. Dark brown color with ruby hue and creamy brownish head that lasts quite long. The aroma is pretty neutral to me. It has a distinct roasted malt character with light chocolate feel. The flavor is a pleasant surprise, much more intense than the aroma. It starts roasted malty, then follows some sweet toffee, caramelish flavors with a slightly spicy hops in the finish. It also has some weird meaty, yeasty feel as it gets warmer, but not disturb too much. The body is pleasantly smooth with moderate carbonation, almost oily - so u can feel it’s really unpasteurized. I’d gladly taste the all beers from this brewery if i’d have a chance. And surely drink it regularly if i could.
