500ml bottle. A respectable bohemian pilsner with 3 different hop type and 3 different malt type. Very good beer with strong hop character without ’disgusting’ fruity taste. You can feel some yeast in the smell and foam and aftertaste but it is well in. Body is medium what i like for this tpye of beer. Foam is huge and long lasting, a new moustache. :)

Feb. ’16. A 0.5 l bottle from Mali ducan, Split. Label doesn’t mention "bitter". It poured amber golden body, clear, with smaller head. Aroma of lemon, lightly herbal with fine bread malt. Very elegantly bitter flavor, strong herbal hops, orange peel, with bread and honey malt base. Medium to full body. Long, bitter dry herbal and biscuit malt finish with that fine subtle orange note persisting. Extremely fine Bohemian pils!

(Keg at Soldaten Švejk, 20160323) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was quite large, white and it lasted long. Aroma had grass and mildly butter. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, sweetness, butter and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy and bitter. A nice hoppy Czech style brew.

Klasický svetlý ležiak, no je jemnejší nemá horkosť ako plzeň, velmi príjemné letné pivo, typická svijanská železná pachuť

Fantastically balanced hop forward pilsner. Rick, though nimble caramel body, medium to high carbonation, long semi bitter finish. Made for drinking in volume, whilst avoiding palate fatigue. Top stuff.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2016 Kran. Barwa słomkowa, piwo przejrzyste. Piana niewielka, szybko opada. W aromacie słodowość z lekko trawiastym akcentem chmielowym. W smaku już wyczuwalny duży udział chmielu. Goryczka dość intensywna - typowa dla czeskiego pilsa. Wysycenie średnio-wysokie. Niezły pils, lecz nic szczególnego.

Piana znika szybciutko, prawie jej nie ma.W aromacie słodowa zbożowość i spore ilości diacetylowego masełka. Nachmielenie żateckim jest mocno odczuwalne w smaku. Przyjemnie trawiasta goryczka. Pełnie wspomaga diacetyl. Znika szybciutko, ale chyba desitka wchodziła lepiej.
