Keg at Beer Museum Pub, Prague. A cloudy golden colour with a foamy white head. Aroma of bready malt, banana, clove, some malt biscuits, slight lemon and subtle grassy hops. Taste is similar of bready malt, banana, clove, some honey, slight malted biscuit, a little lemon and subtle grassy hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A sweet, bready malt bitterness in the finish. A little thin and sweet but otherwise a tasty Weizenbier.

(draught) opalescent golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of butterscotch, wheat and banana milkshakes, with a hint of lactic acid, some vanilla and sweatsocks. flavour is mostly butterscotch and vanilla, with some notes of sugar icing, more banana, herbal hops and some brown sugar in the finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Ganska typisk tysk weissbier. Dimmig gul öl med ett stort weissbier skum. Doft av säd, jäst och skumbanan. I smaken tillkommer lättare kryddiga toner.

From tap at Prague Beer Museum with TO 30.09.15. Muddy, dark straw colour. Off-white head. Aroma of ripe bananas, wheat, coriander and wine gum. Similar taste. Artificial fruit esters.

This one hinted at greatness with a few wheat beer/hefe notes but it all came across as too weak. I wanted more. It’s like they took two bottles’ worth of beer, split them up, and added water. It just ain’t the way to go, Czech brewers.

Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Lots of yeast, banana and wheat. Sweet with lots of banana. A bit cloying

Tap. Hazy yellow brew with a medium sized white head on it, which leaves a thin film behind. Smell of banana, bread, cloves... Aroma brings the same combined with bubblegum. Dry, refreshing finish with bread-crust and cloves. Very good.

Pípa, Prague Beer Museum. Aroma má velmi příjemný sladový podklad s nádechem banánů a másla.

(Draught at Prague Beer Museum, Prague, 19 July 2014) Hazy golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, wheaty nose with banana, clove, white bread and grass. Malty, wheaty taste with notes of white bread, banana, apples and clove. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Low bitterness. Hardly exciting, but well made and drinkable hefeweizen. Quite nice.
