COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tradicinė kolekcija
Švyturys White (5%) is a wheat Hefeweizen beer, member of the traditional Švyturys collection. It is defined by a refreshing taste and flavour that resembles a bouquet of cloves, bananas, plums, orange peel and exotic fruit. This non-filtered, cloudy beer with its peculiar taste and exceptional flavour should be served with a slice of lemon in a special pre-chilled glass. A wheat beer glass quite sharply flared at the top to look a bit like an hourglass, designed so as to perfectly reveal the flavour of this exclusive beer. Beer White perfectly complements fish, seafood, soft cheese, and light fruit desserts.

I got this from Randall's. Pours yellow with a white head. Taste sweet, lemon, spice. I thought this was good. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 0.5. Color light yellow, slightly cloudy. Foam abundant, fine, but not persistent. Aroma - light banana, apples and other fruits in the aroma of wheat am feeling right notes, but rather weak. Carbonation is moderate. Taste - banana, peel, cloves, apples - good wheat flavor, sweetness care in the finish. But the taste is short, fleeting. In general, very similar to the classic Weisen.

vinivini (470) - BELARUS - NOV 17, 2013
UPDATED: AUG 13, 2014 It has almost everything a decent hefeweizen should have: hazy exterior with luxuriant head; aroma of wheat, yeast & fruit. The only problem is the palate. That’s a bit thin and watery. The finish is abrupt but not totally disappoitting.

500ml bottle thanks to Jan Erik for sharing. Creamy white head, unclear golden coloured body. Smell of sweet, dry lemon and grass. Mid-sweet orange fruity flavours joined by a bite of coriander. Wheaty backbone. Dry fruity ending. Medium to thin bodied. Refreshing and just alright (November grain session, Tromsø 13.11.2013).

Bottle 50 cl. Hazy pale golden in color with a foamy whitish head. Wheat, rubber and sweet notes in aroma. Taste has some sour wheat notes at first, which quite fast though turn into more fruitier and slightly spicier ones. Decent.

Bottle from, er, somewhere that sells this. Nice cloudy body. Head soon dissipates. Smells more like a Belgian white than a hefe - sweet and citrus but none of that mulled wine/spiciness of a German hefe. Taste is pleasant but fleeting - slight lemon but too much water, not enough duration. Disappointing.

A - Very pale and cloudy S - Fruity smell T - Tastes fruity, just like the smell M - In the mouth has a milky texture, not very сarbonated. O - I guess Hefeweizens are not my favorite style of beer, I prefer blacks stronger ones, but this one was ok. Serving type: bottle

Bottle. Bananas, oranges and yeasts in aroma. Hazy yellow liquid with medium white head. In taste also bananas, oranges. Very high carobnation, medium to thin body, little sour in finish. Good weizen.
